Service Details:

In a nutshell: We act as your agent to file a NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPEAR with the necessary court, depending on your ticket.

ParkingTickets.TO acts as an agent to request a court date for your Toronto parking, or Ontario Traffic ticket. As your agent, we are hired to take the necessary actions to file a NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPEAR in court regarding the ticket you submit information for.

At any point during your wait for a court date you may opt to pay the ticket and rescind your request for a trial. No convictions will be filed against you or your vehicle while you are waiting for a court date.

PARKING TICKETS: Your ticket needs to be no more than 22 days old in order to ensure we can file it within your 30 day window. Court dates notices generally take a MINIMUM of 6 months, and the court date is usually at least 6 months from the notice date. Any information from the city will be sent to the address in which this vehicle is registered to.

TRAFFIC TICKETS: Your ticket needs to be no more than 10 days old in order to ensure we can file it within your 15 day window. Court dates notices generally take 6-8 months to arrive, and those dates are often at least 8 months from the notice date. Information from the city will be sent to the address on your DRIVERS LICENSE.

You are responsible to appear in court should you receive a court date.

We encourage you to email us with any additional questions you may have, we try and return emails within 24 hours.

How it works:

  2) Submit the required ticket information

  3) Securely pay $10 (parking ticket) or $20 (traffic ticket) via credit card or PayPal account

  4) Receive a confirmation # for your payment immediately from PayPal

  6) Receive an email confirming that your request was made successfully

At this step our service concludes

  7) Receive a written notice from the courts - times will vary greatly depending on the severity of the ticket

This is not a service for court representation! If you receive a notice for a court date, you are responsible for it.

This service is available to infractions and tickets that have an ONTARIO license plate only.
